Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced
Backhoe Loader Operator
to join our team. The operator will be responsible for safely operating a backhoe loader to perform excavation, trenching, loading, grading, and backfilling tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, site safety, and construction best practices.Key Responsibilities:
Operate a backhoe loader to dig trenches, excavate foundations, move materials, and perform general earthmoving tasks. Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure machine functionality and safety. Follow site plans, blueprints, or supervisor instructions to complete tasks accurately and on schedule. Load and unload construction materials into trucks or stockpiles. Ensure safe operation around other workers, underground utilities, and structures. Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas. Complete necessary logs and reports related to equipment usage and maintenance. Assist with other construction duties when not operating equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
