Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
Assist in monitoring and maintaining trading systems and platforms to ensure uninterrupted service. Execute and verify operational processes, including trade settlements and transaction reconciliations.System Administration
Collaborate with the IT team to address system issues and maintain optimal performance of trading software and tools. Support the integration and testing of new systems and updates within the trading environment. Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies in operational data.Compliance and Documentation
Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily operations and processes.Customer Support
Provide operational support to clients, addressing queries related to trading accounts, transactions, and system functionality.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
