Job Description

Monitor and process all forex transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Reconcile transaction discrepancies and ensure timely settlements. Maintain accurate records of client accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and transaction histories. Assist in opening and closing customer accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified. Enter and update customer and transaction data into the company's systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy. Regularly review data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary. Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Assist with preparing and submitting regulatory reports. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transaction volumes, client activities, and other relevant metrics. Provide management with regular updates on back-office operations. Coordinate with the front office team to resolve customer queries and ensure smooth operations. Provide necessary support for sales and trading teams, including preparing necessary documents and reports. Continuously seek ways to improve back-office processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency. Participate in system upgrades and implement new tools and technologies that enhance operational capabilities. Liaise with various departments, including finance, compliance, and IT, to ensure cohesive operations. Handle internal and external communication effectively, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Identify and report any potential risks associated with back-office operations. Implement and follow risk management protocols to minimize operational risk. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Back Office Manager or Operations Manager. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry developments.
