Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Contact: Initiate outbound calls to customers who are one, two, and three months overdue on their payments.
2. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the date of contact, agreed-upon payment dates, and any other relevant details.
3. Reminder Calls: Conduct follow-up calls as scheduled to remind customers of upcoming payment deadlines and ensure adherence to agreed-upon payment plans.
4. Escalation Management: Identify cases requiring escalation to higher management or the appropriate department for further action, such as collections or account suspension.
5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on customer default trends, payment status, and resolution outcomes.
6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and helping as needed during interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
