B2C Team Leader

to drive customer acquisition, strengthen client relationships, and lead our frontline sales team.

Role Overview

The B2C Team Leader will oversee Royal Smart Limousine's direct-to-consumer sales operations, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and service excellence. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on sales management, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and motivate the B2C sales team to exceed monthly and annual targets.

Customer Acquisition:

Drive individual and group bookings from walk-in clients, tourists, and residents.

Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute sales initiatives to maximize revenue across limousine, chauffeur, and executive travel services.

Client Engagement:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and resolving escalations promptly.

Performance Monitoring:

Track KPIs, prepare reports, and implement improvement plans to optimize sales performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance to align sales initiatives with overall company goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years' experience in B2C sales leadership, preferably in luxury transport, travel, or hospitality. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach. Proficiency in CRM systems (Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite. Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
