Concierge Service Executive

to enhance our clients' experience through personalized, world-class support.

Role Overview

The B2C-Concierge Service Executive will serve as the first point of contact for our high-profile clients, delivering tailored lifestyle and travel solutions. From arranging luxury transportation and reservations to handling last-minute requests, you will ensure seamless service with discretion, efficiency, and attention to detail. This is a client-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of Dubai's luxury and hospitality landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the dedicated concierge contact for VIP and individual clients. Manage and fulfill client requests (travel, dining, entertainment, events, personal services). Coordinate with internal teams (chauffeurs, operations, reservations) to ensure flawless execution. Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, anticipating needs and preferences. Maintain a strong network of hospitality, travel, and lifestyle partners to secure priority access and exclusive arrangements. Handle client issues or escalations professionally and promptly. Ensure compliance with company service standards and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in concierge services, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service. In-depth knowledge of Dubai's premium hospitality, events, and lifestyle offerings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage). Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced client requests with professionalism. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as required. Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
