B2B Sales Representative (Dubai-based)

7Stars Lab is a lean, AI-powered creative agency. We build automations, content, and marketing magic for businesses that want to move fast. Now we need a front-line deal-closer to turn handshake vibes into signed contracts.

What you'll actually do

Hunt & gather

-- hit the road, visit offices, coffee shops, and networking events to pitch our AI-driven marketing stack.

Own the pipeline

-- create, track, and update deals in HubSpot from first "hey" to signed proposal.

Demo like a boss

-- show prospects how our automations and content engines save them money and time.

Kick-off hand-overs

-- work with the AI Engineer & remote content team to brief every new project smoothly.

Keep learning

-- most of our tools upgrade weekly; you'll stay sharp on AI trends and marketing tech.
What we're looking for

1-3 yrs B2B sales experience (agency, SaaS, media, or mar-tech preferred). Comfortable walking into a boardroom orchatting in a cafe -- same energy, same results. UAE residency & driving licence (must visit clients around Dubai/Sharjah). English and Arabic are fluency, Russian a big plus. CRM literacy (HubSpot or similar). Grit, humour, and a healthy obsession with targets.
Pay & perks

Month 1:

100 % based-commission

Month 2 onwards:

4 000 AED base

+

10 % commission

+ phone allowance
