About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fiber Sales Specialist to join our team in the UAE region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in sales, specifically in the field of fiber sales (fixed lines) DU and Etisalat B2B within the UAE market.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base for fiber services.
2. Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the UAE market, focusing on fiber solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored fiber solutions.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
6. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals by company guidelines.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of two years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the UAE market.
3. Solid understanding of fiber sales and telecommunications industry trends.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
5. Expertise in fixed wireline services, specifically leased lines, fixed lines, internet, Wi-Fi, broadband services, with experience in DU, Etisalat and other telecom operators.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Fluency in Hindi and English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
