We are a premium provider of eco-friendly cleaning solutions based in Dubai. For over 7 years, we have been serving the most discerning clients, offering high-end, sustainable cleaning services. As we expand our corporate division, we are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales Manager to help us grow our portfolio of corporate clients in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Identify and attract new corporate clients;
Conduct sales meetings and pitch presentations;
Participate in tender processes and prepare commercial offers;
Negotiate and close deals with corporate customers;
Build and maintain long-term client relationships;
Collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams;
Propose and implement innovative sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in active B2B sales, ideally in premium services or related industries;
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
Existing network among large companies in Dubai;
Results-driven and highly organized;
Fluent in English (mandatory), Russian and Arabic are a plus;
Comfortable working in a dynamic, premium market environment.
