Duties & Responsibilities






Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business. Identify potential B2B markets and lead strategies to target high-value clients. Lead negotiations and close complex deals with large enterprises and institutions. Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales approach to maintain a competitive edge. Coordinate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs. Deliver regular reports on sales pipeline, targets, and growth opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Train and mentor junior sales staff on B2B best practices and relationship management. Implement CRM tools to streamline client communication and track progress.

Job Profile






Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales or account management roles. Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets consistently. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of consultative selling and long sales cycles. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. * Ability to analyze data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
