Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospects and leads to understand their business needs.
Present and demonstrate IT solutions (ERP, Zoho, and other related services) in a clear, value-driven manner.
Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
Collaborate with the pre-sales/technical team to ensure smooth handover and solution implementation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of sales experience
, preferably in IT or software solutions.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
IT background is a must
(applications, ERP, or software services).
Problem-solving mindset with consultative selling skills.
Dubai driving license
is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality.
