Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Promote and sell travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) to clients and partners (corporates, agencies, individual travelers). Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management team. Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads and promote brand presence. Provide timely follow-ups and maintain updated records using CRM tools. Stay updated on travel trends, destination knowledge, airline and hotel offers, and competitor activity. Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry. Strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking platforms, and industry trends. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events, as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
