We are hiring a motivated and experienced

B2B Sales Executive

with a background in

chocolates and confectionery

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving sales through supermarket chains and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and supermarket chains Conduct client meetings to present and promote chocolate spreads and chocolate bars Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and product samples Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction Provide regular sales reports and market feedback Ensure timely availability of stock for clients Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Work closely with internal teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop pricing strategies aligned with company goals

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in

chocolate, confectionery, or FMCG sector

Proven sales track record in the UAE market Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in English and MS Office Experience using ERP systems (preferred) Valid UAE Driving License (required) Ability to join immediately (preferred) Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month Attractive incentive structure based on performance
