We are seeking a motivated
B2B Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong business relationships, generating new leads, and driving corporate sales to support the expansion of our training services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new
corporate clients
for training and development programs.
Build and maintain strong
business relationships
with HR managers, training coordinators, and decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase We Aspire's training solutions.
Understand client needs and propose customized training packages aligned with organizational goals.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications in CRM tools.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven B2B sales experience
, ideally in the education, training, or service sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at decision-making levels.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
