Position Summary


We are seeking a

dynamic, results-driven B2B Sales Executive

to spearhead corporate client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will excel in high-performance selling, possess exceptional networking skills, and have a deep understanding of corporate sales cycles within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities



Corporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Development



Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients through cold outreach, networking events, and referrals. Present tailored limousine and executive transportation services to corporate decision-makers and procurement teams. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive repeat business. Understand client requirements and propose customized transport solutions.

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management



Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM platforms (Salesforce, Odoo, Zoho). Track and analyze sales KPIs, including conversion rates and deal timelines.

Proposal Development & Negotiation



Prepare professional proposals and quotations aligned with client budgets and requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs in collaboration with finance and operations teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements.

Client Servicing & Upselling



Serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Identify and propose upselling opportunities such as premium fleet upgrades or extended service packages. Coordinate with operations to ensure flawless execution of client requirements.

Market Analysis & Reporting



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales tactics. Provide regular reports, sales forecasts, and strategic insights to senior management.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience within transportation, hospitality, travel, logistics, or corporate services in the UAE. Strong understanding of corporate procurement processes and contract negotiation. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
