Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will identify, target, and secure new corporate clients, manage key relationships, and help grow our presence in the UAE's B2B market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential business clients (e.g., hotels, offices, restaurants, malls, event planners).
Develop and present customized floral solutions, corporate gifting packages, and subscription plans.
Negotiate and close contracts to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate closely with design and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote Flower District.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to management.
Maintain accurate client data and sales activity reports using CRM tools.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within floral, hospitality, events, or luxury retail industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
UAE driving license (preferred).
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
