Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing confident person who isn?t just looking for employment, you should want to learn new skills whilst becoming an intrinsic part of our business. Cargoz.com is building the region's first warehouse marketplace and we are keen to add great team players to our fast-growing team. Logistics or warehouse sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales & new revenue
  • Setting individual sales targets along with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results periodically
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Going out to companies to bring deals
  • Meeting the companies for sales
Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of sales experience out of which 4 years must be B2B sales years sales
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed university or college
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • UAE market knowledge is a must
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
