/ Business Development Executive to spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth in the
corporate, government, and institutional segments.
The role requires strong networking skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to close long-term service contracts for our premium fragrance diffuser solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for home and commercial fragrance solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and trial installations when required.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Coordinate with the operations team for installation scheduling, service delivery, maintenance, and after-sales support.
Represent the company at B2B exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and client needs.
Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM or sales records.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience in Qatar
Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
Target-oriented and results-driven with a strong understanding of the Qatar market.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
