The Role
Conduct structured discovery calls (phone, video, or face-to-face) to uncover business goals, challenges, budgets, decision-making structures, timelines, and existing solutions, while building rapport and maintaining a professional, approachable environment. Leverage experience in investment, accelerators, or incubators to assess business maturity, scalability, and fit, ensuring leads are accurately categorized into the appropriate business model. Collaborate with Sales teams for smooth prospect handoff, and provide feedback on recurring patterns, objections, or high-value opportunities. Capture detailed call notes, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure all discovery data is updated to support effective lead management and follow-up.
