Develop and execute sales strategies by creating effective plans to meet or exceed sales targets focusing on customer acquisition and retention in the zone assigned.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SOHO by qualifying leads and analyzing trends to identify new sales prospects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and suggest plans by understanding their basic needs.
Negotiate and close contracts.
Assist in resolving issues raised by existing customers in coordination with the client's complaints rectification team.
Attend industry events and conferences and stay updated with the latest industry trends and products.
