Our client is a leading firm in Insurance Industry. They are now looking for an AVP-Business Development to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Identify and attract suitable candidates with portfolio for business development.
  • Develop strategies for revenue growth and for overall budget surpass.
  • Set target for team members every year in line with the overall business plan and motivate team to surpass the target.
  • MIS \xe2\x80\x93Weekly monitoring and reporting of sales figures to the management.
  • Monthly review of figures with senior management with variation reports on budget V/s actual.
  • Overall credit control of business development team
  • Impart sales training for sales team on a regular basis.
  • Develop products and services to achieve business penetration and competitive advantage.
  • Monitoring general market trends and suggesting changes wherever necessary to meet competitor\xe2\x80\x99s challenge.
  • Regular visits to clients along with the respective sales team.
  • Closely work with the underwriting team to resolve issues on a day to basis.
  • Socialize and network at appropriate socio-cultural organizations to develop business
