JOB PURPOSE: . Ensure International Division financial results are prepared and verified for management review. Focus on production of reports to complete and deliver month end actuals, budget and forecast for International Division in a timely manner. Assist and support to prepare explanations and analysis of results in order to create broader collective understanding of International Division finance performance when required (e.g. Investor Reporting cycle)KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: This section shall not be customised to reflect accountabilities which may be unique to one role. Please use Section 5 to capture any accountabilities specific to the role which are over and above those mentioned in this section.Month End ActualsAssist in reporting month end actuals for International Division each monthEnsure results are accurate or clearly highlight any known issuesAssist in preparation and production the monthly Customer Financials in parallel to Geography financials including any required postingsForecasting & BudgetingSupport the compilation of International Division budget including acting as key support to managers in FinanceAssist the team in gathering country insights with relation to forecast and pipelines to support the forecasting processSupport the International finance in engagement with various teams in Head Office and International locations to ensure budget and forecast are complete and holistic, highlighting any risks and opportunities to drive financial performanceDecision SupportPrepare and produce reports supported by the new financial models setup for analysis and review of month end actualsActuals, Budgets and Forecasts should be supported by insight and analysis to allow financial decisions to be made based on factPrepare and run the process to generate a multi-perspective analysis showing balance sheet, capital and P&L impact of strategy executionPrepare and Produce business review presentations for the senior managementGovernance & Control OversightRegularly assess and investigate, when required, the integrity of financial information reported by countries from a multiple of perspectives - accounting, tax and regulatory returnsWhen requested, assist Country Financial teams with HO engagement on issues pertaining to financial controlSupport the management and country HoFs in resolving any control or audit issuesJob Context Specific AccountabilitySupport Rep Office AccountingSupport Representative offices with monthly financial operation and financial control processes that support the Rep office operations e.g. payments, funding, HO journalsWork with Group Financial Control to substantiate and verify trial balancePrepare accounting entries and initiate payments for Rep officesPrepare the annual budget and financial forecasts for the Rep officesFRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY: Maintain Framework for International Division Performance ManagementAct as support to International Division Financials for all key stakeholders including International CFO, CIB CFO and FP&A finance teamMaintain confidentiality of International Division Financial Information supplied to executive managementUphold the integrity of financial information through establishing and enacting required controls and proceduresQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, MathematicsProfessional qualifications such as ACA / CPA / MBAMinimum 2-3 years of relevant finance experience with Financial Modelling experience valuedAble to produce high quality financial presentations and financial models that can simplify complex information.Fluent in spoken and written EnglishHands-on approach able to work independently and diligently on all mattersCollaborative professional with a can-do attitudeMulti-task, prioritize deliverables with a balance between attention to detail and timely decision making
