JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure International Division financial results are prepared and verified for management review
Focus on production of reports to complete and deliver month end actuals, budget and forecast for International Division in a timely manner
Assist and support to prepare explanations and analysis of results in order to create broader collective understanding of International Division finance performance when required (e.g. Investor Reporting cycle)

Assist in reporting month end actuals for International Division each month
Ensure results are accurate or clearly highlight any known issues
Assist in preparation and production the monthly Customer Financials in parallel to Geography financials including any required postings
Forecasting & Budgeting
Support the compilation of International Division budget including acting as key support to managers in Finance
Assist the team in gathering country insights with relation to forecast and pipelines to support the forecasting process
Support the International finance in engagement with various teams in Head Office and International locations to ensure budget and forecast are complete and holistic, highlighting any risks and opportunities to drive financial performance
Decision Support
Prepare and produce reports supported by the new financial models setup for analysis and review of month end actuals
Actuals, Budgets and Forecasts should be supported by insight and analysis to allow financial decisions to be made based on fact
Prepare and run the process to generate a multi-perspective analysis showing balance sheet, capital and P&L impact of strategy execution
Prepare and Produce business review presentations for the senior management
Governance & Control Oversight
Regularly assess and investigate, when required, the integrity of financial information reported by countries from a multiple of perspectives – accounting, tax and regulatory returns
When requested, assist Country Financial teams with HO engagement on issues pertaining to financial control
Support the management and country HoFs in resolving any control or audit issues
Job Context Specific Accountability Support Rep Office Accounting
Support Representative offices with monthly financial operation and financial control processes that support the Rep office operations e.g. payments, funding, HO journals
Work with Group Financial Control to substantiate and verify trial balance
Prepare accounting entries and initiate payments for Rep offices
Prepare the annual budget and financial forecasts for the Rep offices
FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
Maintain Framework for International Division Performance Management
Act as support to International Division Financials for all key stakeholders including International CFO, CIB CFO and FP&A finance team
Maintain confidentiality of International Division Financial Information supplied to executive management
Uphold the integrity of financial information through establishing and enacting required controls and procedures
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Undergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics
Professional qualifications such as ACA / CPA / MBA
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant finance experience with Financial Modelling experience valued
Able to produce high quality financial presentations and financial models that can simplify complex information.
Fluent in spoken and written English
Hands-on approach; able to work independently and diligently on all matters
Collaborative professional with a can-do attitude
Multi-task, prioritize deliverables with a balance between attention to detail and timely decision making
