Key Responsibilities

  • Support the redesign and documentation of client service journeys to ensure they are client-centric, efficient, and risk-controlled
  • Contribute to end-to-end process optimization and automation initiatives across client service functions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of agreed initiatives and milestones
  • Track, analyze, and report performance against key KPIs related to customer experience, scalability, and risk
  • Support governance routines by preparing updates, tracking actions, and escalating delivery risks where required
  • Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and risk stakeholders to align priorities and execution
  • Promote disciplined delivery practices, continuous improvement, and adoption of standardized tools and frameworks
  • Assist with change initiatives to ensure effective implementation and sustainable outcomes
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting service transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives within banking or financial services
  • Strong coordination and program support skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of client service operations, process optimization, and performance management
  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and prepare clear performance reports
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
