About the Role:
We are seeking to hire a smart and dynamic individual to join our Assets Management Team. The Document Controller is responsible for responsible for handling Aircraft technical documentation. In addition, the Document Controller is responsible to ensure that all duties are carried out with due diligence and precision ensuring to audit and present information accurately, raising any findings.

About the Role:
We are seeking to hire a smart and dynamic individual to join our Assets Management Team. The Document Controller is responsible for responsible for handling Aircraft technical documentation. In addition, the Document Controller is responsible to ensure that all duties are carried out with due diligence and precision ensuring to audit and present information accurately, raising any findings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducted audits on internal & external reports required by various stakeholders.
- To provided full traceability of OC/CM and limited life components.
- Produce and monitor utilization reports of engines, APUs, and all life-limited components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments like supply chain, planning and Part 145.
- Assist in developing, improving and implementing processes to continually optimize and reduce cost overheads through implementation of new technology and procedures to best lever maximum efficiencies whilst providing detailed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and implement continuous improvements ensure effective of LEAN procedures.
- Assist in developing systems, processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective data recording and reporting to internal and external customers with zero discrepancies.
- Assist the team with all necessary support
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in the field of Aviation Engineering or similar is a must
- Minimum 1 year of experience aviation engineering industry.
- All round knowledge of relevant IT systems and proficient in MS Office applications (specifically Excel & Word).
- Display a basic working knowledge of technical matters and a good knowledge of procedures relevant to the activities of the Business Unit.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work under pressure.
