Technical Receptionist / Document Controller in Abu Dhabi, central location for General Contracting Company. On own visa: part time Monday to Friday or full time Sunday to Friday SOFTWARE: Must be a proficient computer user in ALL aspects of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and have a high typing speed/accuracy. SPEAKING SKILLS: Must demonstrate confidence and presence to answer telephones and communicate, process, screen queries from office guests in a professional manner and with etiquette. Must be familiar with topics/materials/tasks related to areas of Construction. Typical general tasks:
log incoming and outgoing correspondence and inquiries
monitor related deadlines and pending responses
document scanning and filing
data entry on relevant logs and purchase templates in accurate formats and with proper category selections
send emails, RFQs, purchase orders, quotations, etc.
receive and document inquiries, Vendor information, quotes, delivery notes, invoices, etc.
aptitude to learn and excel
