Position Overview
ADNOC Group is seeking an Aviation Fuelling Account Manager to oversee strategic customer accounts, ensure uninterrupted fuelling operations, and act as the primary point of contact between ADNOC Distribution and key aviation customers. The role manages fuelling activities, manpower planning, HSSEQ compliance, commissioning operations, customer service, and reporting across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all fuelling operations across assigned customer locations and ensure adherence to HSSEQ standards.
  • Coordinate monthly fuel requirements and include necessary margins to prevent shortages and maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Oversee manpower allocation across multiple customer locations, ensuring optimal utilization and full operational coverage.
  • Coordinate urgent manpower needs and ensure timely issuance of passes and clearances to avoid disruptions.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with customers, addressing queries and ensuring service levels meet expectations.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as maintenance, finance, procurement, and operations to fulfill customer needs efficiently.
  • Manage preparation and submission of monthly reports covering sales, incidents, maintenance, and operational performance.
  • Approve divisional checklists, ensure inspections are conducted on schedule, and oversee PAP forms for all locations.
  • Coordinate monthly fire drills with HSSEQ and customer representatives to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support HSSEQ audits, review findings, and ensure compliance with ADNOC standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance and safety checks on customer equipment used by ADNOC personnel.
  • Develop and regularly update emergency response plans in collaboration with customer officers.
  • Lead tank and depot commissioning and recommissioning activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and operational requirements.
  • Oversee operators and contractors during commissioning and maintenance to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation fuelling operations, with at least 3-4 years in managerial roles.
  • Strong understanding of aviation fuelling processes, HSSEQ standards, manpower planning, and customer account management.
  • Experienced in coordinating operations across multiple locations and managing technical commissioning and maintenance activities.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
