Job Description

Seeking an experienced Hull Design Engineer / AVEVA Marine Modeler to support ongoing shipbuilding or offshore structure projects. The role involves updating and maintaining 3D hull models, preparing fabrication drawings, and coordinating with design and production teams to ensure accuracy and constructability in line with project requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update and maintain the 3D Hull Model using AVEVA Marine software based on the latest Scantling and Detailed Design drawings.
• Perform assembly planning in accordance with the Block Division Plan.
• Prepare assembly drawings and related documentation as per the approved assembly plan.
• Develop panel line drawings, profile plots, and bending details for production.
• Generate production programs for Panel Line (PLM) software.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project specifications, class requirements, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with design, structural, and production teams to resolve modeling or drawing-related issues.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in hull design and modeling using AVEVA Marine / AVEVA Hull Design software.
• Strong understanding of shipbuilding processes, block assembly, and fabrication drawings.
• Familiarity with PLM (Panel Line Management) software for program generation.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability is mandatory.
