We are seeking a skilled and proactive AV Project Manager to lead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of Audio-Visual systems.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of AV solutions and control systems, strong leadership skills, and proven experience managing complex AV installations in sync with IT infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

? System Design: Plan and develop customized AV systems (audio, video, control), ensuring seamless integration with IT networks and client environments.
? Installation & Configuration: Oversee the on-site installation of AV equipment including displays, speakers, microphones, and control systems such as Crestron and AMX. Optimize performance to meet project specifications.
? Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, conduct regular system checks, and ensure timely updates of software and hardware for optimal reliability and performance.
? Project Management: Lead AV projects from initiation through completion. Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and ensure coordination with clients, vendors, and contractors for successful delivery.
? Team Leadership: Supervise and guide AV technicians and engineers. Provide on-the-job training and ensure that all work adheres to industry standards and best practices.
? Client Support: Work closely with clients to assess requirements, deliver user training, and offer continuous technical support and after-sales service.
? Compliance & Standards: Ensure all AV systems comply with safety regulations, cybersecurity policies, and industry standards. Stay informed on evolving AV technologies and trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
? Strong knowledge of control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX), AV networking, and signal flow
? Proficiency with AV design tools and documentation software
? Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
? Leadership experience in managing cross-functional team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
