Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate strong technical skills in audio-visual systems and LED technology.
• Familiarity with Ventuz and Novastar software is a plus, enhancing the potential for system integration.

Project Management:

• Oversee project planning and execution related to AV and LED components.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and technical specifications, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Technology Integration:

• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and solutions for enhancing AV and LED experiences.
• Ensure seamless integration of technical elements into the creative process.

Innovation in AV/LED Technology:

• Propose and contribute to innovative ideas in AV and LED technology.
• Actively participate in research and development projects to drive technical advancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and account management teams to understand project needs and objectives comprehensively.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to system and data security measures, aligning with industry standards.

Training and Development:

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical roles within the AV/LED domain.
• Strong technical skills in audio-visual systems and LED technology.
• Familiarity with Ventuz and Novastar software is a plus.
• Proficiency in decrypting, understanding, and modifying AV and LED plans.
• Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
