ob Summary:
Remote configuration, firmware management, and performance optimization of AV endpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote diagnostics for AV systems. Apply firmware updates and configurations. Coordinate with OEMs for RMA/warranty. Integrate AV performance reporting into SLA dashboards.
Required Skills
4-7 years AV systems experience. Remote troubleshooting and configuration skills. Experience with reporting and analytics.
