Job Description
Job Summary:
Provides remote L2/L3 support, configuration, firmware management, and diagnostics for enterprise AV systems.
Key Responsibilities
Remote troubleshooting and configuration. Manage AV firmware updates and analytics. Integrate AV reporting with SLA dashboards. Coordinate RMAs/warranty cases with OEMs. Support MS Teams Rooms, Polycom, Yealink environments.
Required Skills
5+ years in AV engineering. Strong experience in Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem. Expertise with Yealink/Polycom configuration. Ability to read AV topology diagrams.
