Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager with proficiency in Arabic and a deep understanding of the auto parts market. Our ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in auto parts sales, with expertise in both original parts (OEM) and the aftermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing sales of auto parts in B2B and B2C markets, including original parts (OEM) and aftermarket. Working with Arabic-speaking clients: consulting, negotiating, and closing deals. Maintaining and expanding the client base in the UAE and other Arabic-speaking countries. Keeping client data updated in the CRM system. Conducting product presentations and demonstrations. Analyzing the market and identifying new clients and sales opportunities. Managing the full sales cycle: from initial contact to closing the deal. Collaborating with suppliers of auto parts, understanding the supply chain. Ensuring a high level of customer service and resolving client inquiries. Analyzing customer needs and providing optimal solutions. Participating in the development of sales strategies and planning.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in auto parts sales. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). In-depth knowledge of the auto parts market: both original (OEM) and aftermarket. Strong sales techniques and negotiation skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Ability to quickly integrate into a new work environment. High level of self-organization and responsibility. Proactive approach and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
