Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Automotive Workshop Supervisor

to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations at our busy service center.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure efficient workflow and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

Supervise and coordinate technicians, mechanics, and workshop staff. Schedule and assign daily tasks based on workload. Ensure staff are trained and updated on the latest automotive technologies. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide guidance.

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Communicate repair progress and ensure timely completion. Prepare accurate repair estimates and maintain transparency with clients.

Workshop Operations:

Oversee daily operations and ensure all jobs meet quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Monitor and manage inventory of parts, tools, and materials.

Quality Control:

Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards. Implement and maintain quality improvement processes.

Financial Management:

Monitor workshop expenses, productivity, and profitability. Prepare daily/weekly reports on workshop performance and labor costs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an

Automotive Workshop Supervisor

(minimum 3 years preferred). Strong technical knowledge of modern automotive systems and diagnostics. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to make fast, effective decisions. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
