Automotive Training Consultant
Play a leading role in developing high-performing talent within Al-Futtaim Automotive as an Automotive Training Consultant. This role involves blended learning, digital content creation, face-to-face delivery, and hands-on coaching. You\'ll support the training strategy aligned with brand standards while focusing on capability development and continuous improvement across retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training in multiple formats such as video, voice-over, and in-person based on business needs
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of training material to maintain relevance and effectiveness
• Support the creation and implementation of KPI-driven training programs to meet business goals
• Facilitate training needs analysis and convert insights into actionable learning programs
• Monitor certification and training progress and maintain records of attendance and completion
• Coordinate with subject matter experts for accurate content delivery
• Develop communication materials and monthly internal articles based on learning activities
• Support Emirati talent development programs with planning and follow-up
• Lead and manage the induction program to ensure seamless onboarding
• Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify training needs and measure impact

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in a training or coaching role
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage

Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Arabic and English language fluency
• Experience with Microsoft Office, video editing software, and LMS platforms
• Organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage projects and priorities independently
