Automotive Training and Development Consultant Al-Futtaim Group is looking for a passionate and innovative Training Consultant to deliver impactful learning and development experiences across the automotive division. This role focuses on training delivery, content development, coaching, and capability building for staff in line with brand and business goals. Deliver engaging in-person and digital training programs, including video-based content and voiceovers
Design and update curriculum using blended learning methods aligned with brand and business standards
Support line managers through coaching and tailored development interventions
Conduct needs analysis and track training KPIs to align learning initiatives with operational performance
Develop internal training communications and monthly learning articles for wider publication
Facilitate UAE national development programs and manage induction experiences for new joiners
Collaborate across departments to assess learning gaps and drive capability uplift
Administer training platforms, monitor attendance, and maintain training documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications: Education:
Degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a learning, training, or coaching role
Automotive sector experience preferred
Skills:
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Bilingual in Arabic and English
Skilled in Microsoft Office, learning management systems, and video editing tools
Able to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience in curriculum design and digital training delivery
