Automotive Spare Parts Technical Training Advisor Our client is a well-established automotive spare parts distributor specializing in commercial and off road vehicles modifications and conversions. As part of their growth, we are hiring an experienced automotive specialist to join their Dubai operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of on the job training programs and materials for sales and service advisors to develop technical competence and improve product knowledge. This role will require frequent international travel. Role Summary Design and delivery technical training of automotive spare parts and modifications to upskill workshop technicians and sales and service advisors. Provide training on product features and vehicle configuration to enhance the customer product experience. Prepare monthly training calendars and conduct training \xe2\x80\x93 workshop, classroom and online for dealerships. Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback on participant performance. Acquire product knowledge on all vehicles and understands vehicle features and benefits. Keeps sales and service staff abreast of the features and benefits of new products and accessories. Mandatory Skills & Experience 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in automotive industry as a workshop technician for vehicle modifications within an OEM. Strong capabilities in automotive coaching, on-the-job training and classroom training related to automobile products, technology and modifications. Excellent participant orientation, group facilitation and presentation skills. Must be able to explain the application and benefits of vehicle features for sales and service advisors. Familiar with training methods and learning management systems in the automotive sector. Experience of working with offroad vehicles is a strong advantage. Proficient use of PowerPoint. UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory. Education Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Candidate Profile Currently living in the United Arab Emirates. Fluent in English \xe2\x80\x93 must be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Hands-on and can do attitude; self-starter with the ability to work independently; self-driven to succeed and be promoted in a performance based environment.
