We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, sourcing parts, and providing exceptional service to our customers in the automotive industry. This position requires strong organizational skills and a passion for automotive service, ensuring that all parts are readily available for repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Manage parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Source and procure automotive parts from various suppliers while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Communicate with outside service providers for machine shop, and other outsourcing works.
Assist technicians with parts identification and availability for auto body repair and other services.
Use different parts catalogs to identify parts with the help of VIN, for multiple brands.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the safe operation of other mechanical equipment

Requirements
Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
Familiarity with inventory control systems and processes.
Strong sourcing skills to identify the best suppliers for required parts.
Knowledge of auto body repair, and mechanical repair is a plus
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
