We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused
Service Advisor (Male/Female)
to join our car garage in Musaffah Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of vehicle and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as the bridge between customers and the service department, ensuring clear communication and a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and receive customers promptly and professionally.
Understand customer concerns and accurately record vehicle issues and service requirements.
Maintain an updated customer database and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare clear and detailed job cards and confirm repair requirements, costs, and delivery times.
Obtain customer approvals for repairs and additional services as needed.
Coordinate with mechanics and monitor the progress of ongoing jobs.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding job status and any delays.
Ensure the vehicle is cleaned, inspected, and ready for on-time delivery.
Explain completed work and charges to the customer, collect payment, and ensure vehicle delivery.
Handle customer queries and complaints with urgency and escalate complex issues to management.
Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and enhance customer retention.
Ensure pending job cards are completed and closed within the set timeline.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to handle negotiations and resolve issues efficiently.
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and management.

Arabic
English
