Our client is a well-established, high-end European automotive service center in the UAE, known for delivering premium repair, diagnostics, and maintenance services for luxury German and European vehicles.
They operate with dealership-level standards, advanced diagnostic technology, and a strong focus on customer experience. The team consists of highly skilled technicians and service professionals who specialize in brands such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes, and other European marques.
- Handled service advisory for premium German cars (Mercedes, Mercedes, BMW, Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Mini, Range Rover, Audi, etc).
- Coordinated with workshop managers and prepared repair orders for customer approval.
- Processed and recorded insurance claims and prepared accident quotations.
- Translated customer concerns into standard repair terminology and explained technical issues in customer-friendly language.
- Assigned jobs to technicians, ensuring timely completion and quality repairs.
- Prepared and submitted weekly quality control reports to workshop managers.
- Monitored return work trends and suggested improvements to minimize repeat issues.
