Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles. Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options. Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions. Utilize software tools for tracking sales leads, managing customer information, and processing transactions. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when following up with potential customers or addressing inquiries. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance. Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, dealership promotions, and product knowledge. Provide multilingual support to cater to diverse customer backgrounds when necessary.

Experience

Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans. Familiarity with inventory control processes is advantageous. Previous experience in sales management is a plus but not required.
