Job Description

We are seeking an experienced automotive sales professional to join our team in Dubai, specializing in high-end vehicle sales with a focus on China Zero-KM Parallel Import cars. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive sector, strong customer relationship skills, and a solid understanding of both the Middle East and Chinese car markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Development: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets

2. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, including individuals, premium dealerships, leasing companies, and corporate fleets

3. Channel Management: Maintain and expand supply chain and distribution channels for Zero-KM Parallel Import vehicles

4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product offerings to optimize sales performance

5. Delivery Management: Coordinate vehicle clearance, inspection, and registration to ensure timely delivery to customers

6. After-Sales Follow-up: Collaborate with the service team to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

7. Events & Promotions: Participate in auto shows, test drive events, and brand promotion activities

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with China Zero-KM Parallel Import vehicle sales background

Solid knowledge of the Dubai and wider Middle East car market

Strong negotiation skills and customer relationship management abilities

Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred, Arabic is a plus

Valid UAE driving license

Familiar with vehicle import procedures, customs clearance, logistics, and registration processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
