Automotive Paint Supervisor

Job Overview:

At First Option, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Paint Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Automotive Paint Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our customized vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of paint technicians. Plan and allocate jobs according to skill level and workshop load. Ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer standards and within set time frames. Conduct quality control checks on all completed repairs. Monitor productivity and efficiency of the workshop team. Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Coordinate with production team for job progress updates. Manage attendance, performance, and training needs of workshop staff. Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity, efficiency, and workshop performance.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Technology or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive body repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of body repair and painting processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of OEM repair standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
