We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented automotive Paint Mixer to join our team. As a Paint Mixer, you will be responsible for mixing paint to customer specifications, maintaining color consistency, and ensuring accurate formulations using a computerized tinting system.
Responsibilities:
Mix and match paint colors accurately using formulas and customer requirements
Operate mixing equipment and maintain mixing area cleanliness
Label, store, and organize paint inventory
Keep records of formulas and batches
Requirements:
Previous experience in paint mixing or a similar role preferred
Good color vision and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills and familiarity
with tinting software is a plus
