Job Description

ATLANTA TRAINING CENTER is hiring an experienced Automotive Instructor to join our team of instructors in Dubai. We are looking for a master technician to develop and deliver our hands-on curriculum for modern vehicle repair. The ideal candidate is a dedicated mentor ready to train the next generation of automotive professionals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver hands-on training modules covering vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, and advanced On-Board Diagnostics (OBD-II).
  • Conduct practical, workshop-based lessons to build real-world skills.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training workshop.
  • Help expand our automotive course offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of proven experience as a Senior Automotive Technician or Diagnostic Specialist.
  • Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, and OBD.
  • Experience with a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
  • A passion for teaching and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
Preferred Skills (A Plus)
  • Experience with vehicle ECU programming, coding, or flashing.
  • Previous experience in a training, teaching, or supervisory role.
  • Official certifications (e.g., ASE Master Technician or equivalent).
