Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Expertise

: Utilize your experience in mechanics to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles efficiently.

Customer Relations

: Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Garage Accounting Software

: Manage financial transactions and records using garage accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Staff Management

: Oversee and coordinate staff activities, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Social Media Engagement

: Promote services and engage with customers through various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Sales Targets

: Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to the company's growth, earning bonuses based on performance.
Qualifications:

Experience

: Minimum of

5 years

of relevant experience in the UAE.

Skills

: Strong mechanical abilities combined with excellent customer relations skills.

Communication

: Proficient in

English

; additional languages are a plus.

Technical Knowledge

: Familiarity with garage accounting software is essential.

Management Skills

: Proven experience in staff management and training.
