Receive and verify claims declarations Contact customers for additional information Organize and monitor expertise Analyze the conformity of files and supporting documents Manage claims files (third-party payers, civil liability) until they are closed Monitor compensation and notify rejections if necessary Detect management anomalies and report information Ensure the production and sending of outputs Manage filing, physical and electronic archiving Contribute to reporting and operational monitoring

Job Requirements
Education: Bac +2 minimum in Law, Management, Finance or Business Sciences Experience: Minimum 1 year in automobile claims management Professional skills: Knowledge of insurance products, operational claims management, proficiency in Excel and office tools Personal qualities: Rigor, organizational skills, customer orientation, proactivity, good communication skills
