Auto Millennium Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Operations Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our

Car Care Bodyshop division

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing car care services, with

proven expertise in Paint Protection Film (PPF)

, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily operations of the Car Care Bodyshop, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Oversee and lead the team of technicians and supervisors across various car care services including

PPF, detailing, tinting, and ceramic coating

. Ensure proper execution of PPF applications in line with industry standards and client expectations. Develop and implement SOPs for efficiency, safety, and quality assurance across operations. Monitor workshop productivity and staff performance, and provide regular training and support. Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to align operational capacity with client requirements. Ensure optimal inventory management for tools, materials, and products used in car care services. Handle customer complaints and service issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend improvements to senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in car care operations, with at least

2 years in a leadership or managerial role

.

Strong expertise in Paint Protection Film (PPF)

installation and supervision is

mandatory

. Proven experience in managing teams in a car care/bodyshop environment. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage budgets, and drive process improvements. Knowledge of the latest car care products and technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in automotive services or related technical fields. Experience working with premium car care brands and clients.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
