About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded marketing & business development leader to join our team as
Head of Marketing Low Carbon Solutions
. This pivotal role will lead the charge in creating and delivering tailored low carbon aluminium solutions across the value chain. You will play a critical role in promoting our low carbon brands, shaping customer partnerships, guiding sustainable product strategy, and championing sustainability both within and outside the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Demand Creation:
Proactively engage aluminium users--from automotive to packaging--to create demand for low-carbon aluminium solutions.
Promote Sustainable Solutions:
Advocate for and introduce our branded low-carbon aluminium products to new and existing markets.
Tailor Product Offerings:
Align product portfolios with evolving customer sustainability goals to drive profitable business growth.
Lead the Team:
Manage and inspire the Low Carbon Solutions team to prioritize high-impact commercial opportunities.
Customer Enablement:
Support customers with sustainability data, metrics, policies, and best practices to aid their decision-making and ESG strategies.
Voice of the Customer:
Investigate customer feedback to inform and shape future sustainability initiatives and innovations.
Sustainable Marketing:
Contribute to campaigns focused on environmental education, transparency, and the circular economy.
Market Intelligence:
Produce regular market analytics, insights, and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
Stay Ahead:
Monitor global regulatory and sustainability trends to ensure business readiness and leadership positioning.
Knowledge Sharing:
Serve as a visible internal and external ambassador for sustainability excellence.
Representation:
Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and forums to promote our sustainability leadership and engage new partners.
Digital Engagement:
Champion the development and deployment of digital tools to enhance customer experience.
Cross-functional Support:
Collaborate across teams to support and execute broader sustainability strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strategic Commercial Mindset:
Proven experience in creating shared value with customers and aligning sustainability with commercial growth.
Strong Communicator:
Confident engaging across organizational levels with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Industry Insight:
Background in commodities, heavy industries, or aluminium-consuming industries (e.g., automotive, construction, packaging, power infrastructure) are preferred.
Sustainability Expertise:
Solid knowledge of climate change, carbon metrics, ESG reporting are highly preferred.
Leadership Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams or complex projects in a commercial or sustainability setting.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English.
Analytical & Self-Driven:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
