Automobile Electrician - Heavy Industrial Machinery

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician specializing in Heavy Industrial Equipment. The ideal candidate will have a background as an Automobile Electrician with expertise in maintaining and repairing mobile equipment such as Forklifts, Wheel Loaders, Trucks, and Excavators. He will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and electrical integrity of our heavy industrial machinery.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues in mobile equipment, including but not limited to Forklifts, Wheel Loaders, Trucks, and Excavators. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential electrical problems and prevent breakdowns. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mobile equipment. Install, configure, and calibrate electrical components and systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to perform accurate repairs and installations. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent on each job. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and safety standards related to mobile equipment electrical systems. Comply with all safety regulations and procedures while performing electrical maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

Minimum diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Electrical Systems, or a related field - Mandatory Proven experience as an Automobile Electrician, with a focus on Heavy Industrial Equipment - Mandatory Strong knowledge of electrical systems in mobile equipment, including Forklifts, Wheel Loaders, Trucks, and Excavators. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical manuals. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
